What do you need for your training?

Yoga Mat and Dumbbells

You can start with 2Kg dumbbells and increase to 5kg when you feel stronger.

 

1 Yoga Mat for the floor and abdominal exercises will provide adequate confort.

Jumping Rope

You can either buy or make a DYI jump rope.  This will be used to increase your hart rate in the cardio intervals.
