Training Sessions

All training sessions include:


1. Warm-Up (5 minutes)


2. High Intense Training (15 Minutes)


3. Abs (5-8 mins)


4.Yoga Stretch Cool Down (10 Minutes)

1. Warm-Up

The warm-up should gently prepare the body for exercises by gradually increasing the heart rate and circulation; this will loosen the joints and increase blood flow to the muscles. Stretching the muscles prepares them for physical activity and prevents injuries.


The warm-up is also a good opportunity for you to prepare mentally to welcome a great  training session.


2. High Intense Training + abs

High Intense Training is your maximum capacity exercise routine which will give you greater fitness and health results in as little as 15 minutes a few times a week.


By varying your hart rate with endourance exercises your body will get stronger faster.


Either if you don't exercise or if you run everyday, I invite you to make Intense Training your personal training program.

3. Yoga Stretch Cool Down

Yoga Stretch Cool Down will help you finish your Intense Training.


With this stretch you cool down your muscles gently stretched them to feel energized and to continue with your normal life without injuries or tiredness.
